Shhhh

Through much experimenting, on my own, I have learned how to get a cute blog background. Now I just need a cute picture of some buttons for the header. I have looked a quite a few and have decided to make my own, good luck to me.

I have found my self doing a lot more blog-stalking lately. I knew that DSL was a bad idea! I have been on the computer long after everyone else has gone to bed, checking out all of the blogs I can possibly view in an evening. I always start at Drab to Fab and start clicking on links from there. I must say, I have found quite a few projects that I am excited to get started on!! But they will have to wait for Monday. I can't start on one more FUN thing until I get the chores around here caught up. Suffice it to say, I am blogging while waiting for the dryer to finish so that I can switch loads.

I'm also driving my family crazy looking for the lost St. Patrick's day decorations. They are in a marked tub that is suddenly missing!! I really don't want to re-make some of the items! And some of them I can't. The ceramic shop is no longer here. So, while I wait for all of the above, I should really work on cleaning up the scrapbook corner and go get the grocery shopping done..........nah.

getting started

So, this may take a while to get it all on here. Under the constant encouragement of my friends, I am now attempting to "blog". We'll see how this goes. Until I get the hang of things it may look pretty plain. I will do all I can to learn how to make it cute, fun and interesting. Good luck to me. I am a great imitator without original plans for any thing. You will find that I take all your cute ideas and 'tweak' them a bit to make them my own.

I am a blog-stocker and have been for a while. I love being able to keep up on what is going on in the lives of friends and family. That explains the fascination I have with Facebook. I also love the cute hair and craft blogs that I have been able to follow. So, have patience with me and we'll head out on this fun adventure together!
